What is your quality guarantee?
Quality and Service are fully guaranteed. If there is a problem, please let us know and we will replace or refund your order. You can reach us at 1-800-841-1147 or locally at 406-587-7679. We want to make you happy. Please allow 3 days for adjustments and 24 hours for re-delivery.

What are your store hours?
We are open for business Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. MST and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays.

Do you have a minimum for deliveries?
Our minimum order for in-town delivery is $15.00. For out of town and surrounding areas the minimum is $25.00.

What is the delivery time frame on FTD or out-of-town orders?
The order will be delivered within 24 hours upon receipt.

What are your delivery times?
We have two delivery times a day at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., plus one delivery to Belgrade in the afternoon.

What is your delivery charge?
In-town delivery charge is $8.95. Surrounding areas range from $8.95 to $15.00. Delivery to Belgrade, MT is $10.95 and to Gallatin Gateway is $19.95 with a $50.00 minimum order.

What happens if the recipient is not home?
After the first attempt, we will tag their door and leave a phone message. We will continue to try to contact the recipient before attempting a second delivery or arrange a pick-up.

If I do not see the specific floral arrangement I am looking for, what can I do?
You can either call our shop (800)-841-1147 and request your specific order over the phone during store hours, email us with your request at info@countryflower.com or fax us your request at (406)-587-2964.
